Phase 2: If within 3 months of the penalty period (after the penalty of SEO & Article Writing Services has been given) cmlabs still fails to achieve the OKRs, cmlabs will refund the client under the following conditions:
- 10% refund of the total SEO service price for 2 months if the project duration is between 8 to 11 months.
- 20% refund of the total SEO service price for 2 months if the project duration is 12 months or more.
In case of technical issues during the collaboration that makes achieving OKRs difficult:
- The SEO team will first communicate concerns and obstacles to the marketing team with data as strong evidence to support explanations of why targets cannot be met.
- The SEO team will send new OKRs to the Marketing Team along with the necessary data.
- The Marketing Team will present new OKRs and penalty schemes. Open discussion regarding the penalty scheme.
